We were offered a three month payment agreement which we accepted and complied with last May 2016. In July if 2016 we received a call from SLS saying we owed more money than our agreement and we did not have one in place. Come to find out the woman who set us up on the plan did it incorrectly so it kicked our plan out. Wow are you kidding. So now we go around and around with them because they will not own up to it and fix their mistake. So come January of 2017 we receive a new plan which we accept and pay consistently on time to find out in March that someone dropped the ball again and we have two different plans circulating. So we are told no worries they will fix it. Today April 26 I call again to discover someone has dropped the ball again. Now they have supposedly sent us a new plan which we NEVER received and have to have it in by Saturday April 29th with a different payment. My God are you serious. Four times in less than a year. We have had enough of this mess. SLS is horrible and has no accountability for what they are doing. They offer help and then play games. Need help with this company and for them to fix it.
