Continued delays in processing of short sale agreement. Orginally started in January 2014, now September 2014 and not finalized. Have relocated to another state, and kept getting request for the same documents, or different documents. Then documents would 'expire' and have to resubmit. Only when I told them my savings was drained and could not make any more payments did they move file to workout adjustor. Now after approval of short sale, continued delays on small details which is postponing closing of sale of house to company/new buyer.
