Just for everyone's information: the website claims that they "provide you a simple, customized defense" while at the same time saying they are not lawyers.

This in itself is breaking the law. You are not allowed to give legal advice without being admitted to the bar of that state. If you have been given legal advice, such as the "customized defense" they claim on their website, regardless of the quality of the advice, is illegal.

I would recommend alerting your state bar about the situation, at which point the state bar should be able either contact the necessary prosecutor or give you the information for the necessary prosecutor's office in which to make a complaint for someone illegally practicing law in your jurisdiction.
