I went in on Dec 5th 2012 to get a REGULAR oil change and an e-test for my car ... the technician (and I use that term loosley!!!!) mumbled (I could hardley understand him) when he told me what needed to be done he went on and exlained thru his mumbles about a synthetic oil and NOT ONCE DID HE SAY ABOUT PRICE AND IT BEING MORE EXSPENSIVE so I said ok not realizing that it was way more exspensive!!!!

When everything was done for a simple oil change and an e-test the bill was $90.00.

I phoned back and asked why and again thru his mumblling on the phone he told me why and that he always says the price ... UM NO HE DIDEN'T AND LIED ... WHY WOULD I AGREE TO PAY $40 I HAVE ALWAYS PAID $20 and you will see from my records thru economy lube this is true.

I asked for head office but got the owners name and number I DO NOT WISH TO CONTACT THEM I WANT HEAD OFFICE!!!!

I have googled it but have been unsuccessfull in finding it and it only gives a U.S number.

My point is that they rip people off period and will NEVER EVER GO BACK!!!!

If anyone knows a head office (Canada) number please post it thanks.
