On Thursday March 8, 2012 I order from this company for $29.97 When the operator could not get into my computer to repair it. He said it would cost my an additional $249.00 to permanently clear my computer Evidently someone was in my bank account removing my money as we spoke. When I called the number he gave me to get my money back it was closed I have called several time but it is closed. I want a refund of my money.
