Lama sangat stuck satu tempat

Tlong check ni track ER10205239QMY!!!! Dah lama sgt dah stuck d POS LAJU KOTA KINABALU, barang sepatutnya sampi pada 19/12/2017 tapi dah 21 haribulan parcel masih stuck d sana, and its very poor servis pekerja poslaju kota kinabalu tdak pandai angkat telefon, sampai habjs kredit sya kot telefon d pejabat tapi tda diangkat pun telefon tu, mala ditutup pula, very rude!
