SPS stung me along for months making me fax them documents for a modification over and over, claiming that a page or two was missing. Each time it was something else, finally as I’m struggling severely financially I faxed it through Speedy printing, it cost me $1 a page , they finally couldn’t tell me they were missing pages, the next call I received was a NO we can not help you with a loan modification, I had a hardship when I started the whole process, I went through a divorce. It didn’t matter to them, I ended up having to file chapter 13 to save my home that I run a licensed home childcare in. I am struggling still after the attorney getting 15,000 and the trustee getting a few thousand, I am still behind the original 16,000 I was behind in the beginning, I’m just not sure how any of this helped me!! I wish I could go back and get the modification, 2340 a month is my house payment and man is it a struggle ! Melissa Norton 313 779 7137 HELP
