I don't understand how this mortgage company is allowed to continue with their corrupt ways of business. I have been trying to gain a mortgage re-modification for 5 years, they keep saying, "You need to resubmit paper work for modification" they NEVER assist to have re-modification approved instead they jumped my mortgage $500.00 because my wife lost her job! So, instead of helping citizens, they increase the rate when you lose half of your income and they call that modification !!! How does this allow to continue ?????
