Hi there, I'm just wondering if you can help me... I'm having some issues with STA in England, which is where I originally purchased all of my trips! Number1 when I paid for the trip Cambodia and Vietnam on a shoe string.. I paid for the trip out right, but the person I booked with (actually the manager of the store in Bristol, uk) didn't bother to book me onto the trip. so god knows what they did with my money. Anyway thanks to me be over organised I got them to check my intinery and actually managed to sort that before I left. They were very rude and the manager said that because it was sorted, I couldn't file a complaint. Number 2.. I purchased what I was told would be the best insurance from you guys, costing me over £500, I got told that there was cover for Electrical equipment for up to the value of £350.. anway as time has gone on, my phone broke! so I contacted Alianz.. and it turns out that mobile phones aren't included in that? how can this be? as a backpacker what other electrical items would I carry? and why on earth did no one and STA tell me this before hand? I spent absolute thousands with you guys, and I really am disappointed with the customer service. I would appreciate any help and advise you could give me!
