Customer Complaints:
I went in a lcbo store purchased liquor and I couldn’t find a product called squirting orange coolers for another person. So, i asked a East Indian fellow a skinny young male for help to find this product, so he went in his phone on a lcbo program and stated, we don’t sell such a product sorry and apologetic, so I said ok and continued to shop for other products i needed to pick up for the holidays and walked away. Then I went in the cooler to get 2 cases of bush ice tall boys and luckily found the squirting orange coolers and got 8 tall boy cans of them. Then at approximately 8:30 ish i went to the till to pay for my stuff or order. Then while walking to the tills the young man I asked for help to find the products earlier stated I can help you here, and I said no thank you and told him I’ll just go to this other free cashier that’s ok. As emptying my products on till area I stated by the way I found the squirting orange coolers I was looking for, and he said ok and felt maybe felt embarrassed but that was not my intention but put stuff on counter and cashier started talking to cashier when the security guard came 2 feet in front of me folding his arms trying to intimidate me anger like with an attitude and I stated what or why are your starring at me because I’m not drunk, I don’t have red eyes, I’m not staggering, i never stole anything, so what’s your problem he said we’re not being served today and leave now. I said what, why are you kicking me out treating me like this and discriminating or harassing me. if I didn’t do anything wrong. He said leave repeatedly and I said no and can I speak to your manager and she came to till and stated you have to leave we’re not serving you today i said that’s not acceptable because i never did anything wrong and told her there’s 2 sides to every story she didn’t care what I had to say and said repeatedly leave we’re not serving you today. She never wanted tt hear my side of the story or the truth great manager eh? so I said we’re on tape if you don’t believe me. Pull the tape the tape won’t lie, So this way you can see and here me telling the truth. She said to bad I don’t want to hear your side of the story. Then I called my brother stating i was being kicked out the lcbo store because of there personal reasons making this situation a discrimination and harassment situation attacking me personally. I do not deserve to get Harassed upon and discriminated against i told the staff as leaving product free and went to another lcbo store upset i had to drive in bad snow storm wasting my time and gas. I don’t deserve that treatment, but this has happened to me before from rude and ignorant staff at the lcbo, but I’m complaining in writing this time and they can pull the tapes to prove I’m telling the truth not like those liars now hopefully get disciplined from there jobs or employment authorities and I want the staff reprimanded with a warning in writing a 2 week suspension from work minimum and a written and verbal apology from them and the head office with a phone call apology from there management that this was dealt with maturely and professionally.
P.S… The security guard had a heavy odour of cannabis, so you know.
