Good day a while ago I had taken a policy with standard bank now it's been months since I have been telling them to cancel my policy but no not to standard bank yet they keep on debiting my account every month it's now over 6months I have been telling them to stop going in my account and to cancel the policy now it's my problem that I have to pay bank charges and not standard banks over months I have been telling them a nor longer needing their services yet they decided to ignore my request I want them to pay those charges cause they decided to ignore me they keep on saying their calls are recorded so now let them listen to all my calls and hear that for how long I have requested that they must stop going thru my account

In 2007 I bought the house through Estate Agent and Standard bank offered me a home loan for the house,When I was supposed to move in to the house I then find a old lady and the grandchild staying in the house then then told me they are not going anywhere this is their house.I called the Estate Agent and the bank to notify them about the situation then the Estate Agents was co-operating promising to help in terms on moving those people out then for some reason they went out of the picture(Disappeared) and I notify the bank but nothing was done.at that time Standard back was debit their monthly premium for Home loan even though I was not staying in the house.I then approached the people staying in the house again to show them all documents that I bought the house then Residents for the area they all supported the people staying in the house that they will make sure they burnt down the house should we move in.I called Standard Bank to notify them about the situation I am facing they were not interested to my story,After a year of paying the bond then I decided to stop paying for the bond because I felt I was not getting help and I am paying for a house that is not mine.2015 Standard Bank apparently Auctioned the house again in order to recover their money.2017 I got couple of messages and phone calls from debt collectors telling me to pay the amount owing from Standard bank,I responded by saying I cannot pay for the house that I never even stay in.People inside there they must pay.Up to now I getting a lot of frustrating sms and phone calls about the same thing.Really this does not make some sense.

I was unemployed since last year September n could not pay my credit card. When their lawyers send summons to my grand mother's house I contacted them telling them I don't have money as I was not working. Nkululeko sithole called me telling me to get a loan to pay my card or ask my parents my dad is no more n my mom is retired when I said that to him he suggested that I sell my body to get standard banks money.
The credit card is now on credit bureau as bad debt written off. How did they come to that conclusion that it's a bad debt to write off as all my life since having the card I never defaulted on payment n how did they expect me to pay while unemployed?
I was offered a job to start Monday the 16th but the offer was retracted on finding out that I am listed at credit bureau
Standard bank is inhuman ruthless n immoral especially considering that their lawyers said the bank instructed them to get the money from clients by any means. I hate standard bank I am unemployed and remain so because of them just because I refused to go sell my body n pay them
