Hi,
My name is Milen Kostadinov Dzholev and I am a part of this year hops seasonal workers programme with two of my freinds Kancho Aleksiev and Vladimir Yordanov
We were sent to STAPLES FARM IN WRANGLE(STAPLES VEGETABLES LTD)
The three of us were in one gang on pointed cabbage
they put us with one old worker which was there for 5 years and they told us he will be our boss
He was shouting at us all day giving orders
WE was working on the field for 12 or 13 hours most of the times with no break for 7 or 8 hours
This mean no toilet,water or food fo 8 hours only non stop working
When we explained the manager LEE BURREL that we are not agree with these treatment he said he will put all 3 of us in different teams and caravans
and separate us
He said if we do not like the idea we should leave the farm in one hour
After a few days we told him we quit
He shout at us for half an hour and said we have to leave the farm the next one hour
He said that it's not his concern that we don't have where to sleep
So we left the farm
Since there I try to contact the farm via e-mail and phone
and require our P45 documents but nobody answer
I turn to you for assistance-please help us to receive our p45 documents
We are extremely disappointed with the way staples farm treated and vanish us from the farm
I have worked in Spain,France and USA, but I've never seen attitude like this
The contract they gave us in not signed by them which I think is a scam(I'm attaching a file)
We are willing to wait a few weeks more for our papers and if we do not received them we are going public with our strory
We'll write in Facebook and every social media and forum which we find
We'll write an articles in the bulgarian newspapers with the pictures of the fakes contracts and tell about our experience in STAPLES FARM and how they treated us like a slaves
