This is being brought into your kind notice that one of your current / existing WAPDA Employee name Raja Muhammad Zafar Iqbal s/o Haji Abdul Hakeem (working in WAPDA House Lahore in WATER Wing as Excian / SDO) has recently taken long leave approval, however, in fact he has joined a firm name Emirates Steel Industries in Abudhabi UAE somewhere in middle of July 2012.
Sir, this is serious violation of Government of Pakistan Rules & Regulations where an employee cannot be allowed to take long leave and go abroad for job.
You are requested to investigate the matter and held accountable the said person on this deceive to WAPDA and unfaithfulness towards Pakistan.
