I had been using Starhub for over 15 years, but I had been having issues with Starhub consistently for the past few months.
I had switched to monthly payment by cash after my bad experience paying my Starhub internet and mobile bills by credit card, I realized I had been over charged for months with the services that I had not subscribed. However, this is when my nightmare starts.
After switching cash/cheque payment, I no longer receive my invoices in time or I do not receive any invoice at all. Starhub had been suspending my accounts every month without any notification of outstanding payment. I had called to customer service and billing department to find out why my accounts are being suspended without any notification. I had started to mail in my cheque in advance to make payment, however, the issue still continue. I am very frustrated with the customer service officers and the staffs at the billing department.
I really hope that Starhub can train their staffs properly, and maybe can consider hiring some locals for customer service? I am very tired of calling customer service and billing department. They extremely unprofessional and rude. After over 15 years with Starhub, their service is getting worst and worst. I will be changing my service provider once my contracts are finish with Starhub.
