Please someone call me. State Farm Insurance refuse to let us File a claim for our roof. They are telling us that our Roof is not covered on our policy. This is Not True. When we applied for Insurance, they refused to give us a Policy until we have our Roof fixed. We have a Letter and a Policy to Prove it. The Agent name is Bob Winklier, his office is located in Vineland, NJ. He is Never in the Office, and he Never returns your call and his Secretary LIES for Him. Her Attitude is Horrible. My husband is a Disable Veteran. We are Pleading for a Your Help. We refused to Renew Our Policy with this Company.
