Received broken item for the third time even though has been replaced by seller for many time , very clear that the mistake is not from seller’s packaging because the rest of place can receive a proper item as per the seller post out . I wil not accept you guys reason if you said statue easily can be broken because other person who stay at different area are not facing this kind of problems. Veryy disappointed with this kind of bad service by pos laju bukit mertajam. We spend money for postage but you guys failed to provide a proper service for your customers 😏

We received a broken statue , this is not the first time ya it’s already 3 time , we complained to the seller many times because we thought it’s a mistake from their packaging and they able to replace to us but it’s not their mistake by the way because all of my friends who stay at other place can receive a proper good without any any damange only us who receive parcel from pos laju bukit mertajam face this kind of problem, I will accept the reason if you guys said that statue can be easily broken because other can receive it safely, really so disappointed with this kind of service 😏
