Old # is not working & there is a new #

I was using STC's landline# 4069125 since long time. Yesterday evening, I just noticed that my # is not reachable. After investigation, I've discovered that my old # is no longer active and there is another # 2766419 assigned to me.

There was no communication from STC for this change and we would like to have our old # as most of the people know the old #.
