I am trying to cancel my Landline: 012 616 9941. I visited STC Sahafa Office Jeddah twice and paid the due amount as well. But seems that the line is still active. Please advise the proper way to cancel it permanently.

Hi, Sir my internet is not working, i try to contact on helpline but operator says i must call from same Landline number.
internet not working maybe 15 days ago, please snd the technician to solve the problem.
i complain so many time nobody replying,
i will wait 1 week if your not rectify i will disconnect the internet line

I have a landline from STC since long time and i have request on their Tollfree to cancel it on 23 February 2017 and they issued a Ticket Request for which I received SMS on same day with Reference# 6289175.

I called STC again after a week to ask the status of my landline cancellation and they confirmed me that my landline is permanently cancelled while it is still working at my home. For which she responded that, a technician will visit and disconnect landline. moreover she confirmed that i will not receive any bills further

Today is 18th March 2017 and still my landline is working. during this period I called them several times to check about the reason of not cancelling. Everytime they confirmed that in their system it is already cancelled.

Now I am feeling helpless and when i login to STC account it shows SR 99.00 due amount.

Please help in disconnecting my landline# 0112925516

My Landline is not working since last week. My STC landline number is 031-8385108.
