Home Internet is not workinhg

I have changed the internet plan to 10 Mbps and also surrended the Landline. The internet is requested without landline. After one day i have received login detaisl and password by SMS. Agian next day i received SMS that inetrnet is activated. But at home , i have not received internet connection . While called 900 , no response till today. Also register compalin at STC portal. Please resolve the issue.
