i purchased sawa recharge card for 100 sar 2 days back ,i tried to recharge it from website recharge form , i entered my mobile number just by copying it from phone directory , i entered the voucher number , and then recharge button , it showed that the recharge is successful , but till now i didnt get any credit on my phone number , i complained yesterday on customer care , they after asking the voucher serial number told me that the card was recharged on some other number which was impossible as i just copy/paste the number .
i thought this issome system bug , please can i get my credit.
