Bill Dispute

Dear STC Staff,

I been complaining about my bill dispute through STC - Live Chat that I requested line transfer on 14th May and it was done on 31st July.
Bill was not stopped during this period and additional 600 SAR Charged to my account and it account is suspended now.
Due to this I cannot register my technical complaint as well because it very slow I am paying for 20MB and getting only less than 1 MB.

someone need to look into it seriously and solve the issue to satisfy me as a loyal customer.
