Not Working Landphone Internet after pay full bill amount

Land Phone Internet still Disconnected after Pay Full payment.

We face issue more than 10 days, last i paid Full amount 392-riyal.

Suddenly One day disconnected Internet connection from STC. We try to call customer service 900 they informed to call from Registered Land phone. Land phone disconnected already how to we call from it.

Kindly need yours support here Urgently.
