no enter pincode,no cgnal

Dear sir,
Im reynald pascua erum using stc custumer...ihave a problem my stc sim, why if i entered my sim in my mobile i didnt see the pincode 6104 no working no cgnal...what happened can you reply what is the problem....may sim #0552308087 my iquama # 2323680872 expire my iquama April 11 2018 and then my email [email protected]
