Deduction of 10 SAR every week

I have deduction of 10 SAR every week without any reason on Saturday Morning with the message "Your last call costs SAR 10 " I don't know why and what for actually STC is deducting my amount. Please help and stop deducting my balance unnecessarily.

Please take action, don't deduct it is haraam (Unlawful)..
