They left my carpet as bad as it was in the first place. They also asked if I wanted to add "soil treatment" for another $30 and I agreed. Obviously, that was a scam to get more money, as they could not have done any such thing, what with the rugs remaining as dirty as they had been.

To check whether my rugs were, indeed, too dirty to get clean, I cleaned a small area of the still dirty part, and there was my carpet, beautifully clean in that spot. So I called them and said I wanted my money back, and they offered to come to redo the job. I asked if they would use the same method again, and could not get a straight answer, so I told them no thank you, that method did not clean one bit and I did not want their work repeated. Of course they again refused to give my money back.

I am 81 y ears old and quite obviously the whole thing was a scam in the "taking advantage of the elderly" category. It was done on Friday, the 16th, and it was Monday before they got back to me, and with every day that passes since they did the work, they can just say that the dirt occurred since the cleaning, leaving me with no proof of the terrible job they did. My grandaughter took a photo with her smartphone, but it doesn't begin to show how dirty the rug still is.
