carpet cleaning

I sent a complaint yesterday, September 20, 2016. In the meantime, my daughter got in touch with the company and they agreed to either come and redo the rugs, or give me half the cost of the cleaning instead. Since I do not want them to clean the carpets with the same useless method, I decided to take the money, and get the carpets cleaned by someone else.
