I would like to submit a formal complaint on behalf of my pregnant wife who has been refused the privilege of obtain correct UIF forms in order to submit her UIF claims in time as she is 9 months pregnant now and is currently on maternity leave. The HR admin clerk at Steffenutti Stocks (Cape Town Head Office) has not supplied her with correct and complete UIF forms which makes it impossible for her to claim UIF and this is causing strain on her as she has to go up and down to her offices requesting the forms while she is 9 months pregnant and this occurrence is causing a stressful situation to her which can result in pregnancy complications.
