We are infestsd by roaches the refuse to do any thing about ii.cielings falling daown, appliances do not work.there are no smoke detectors in the appartment .the fire exsting is totalaly out of date.the florring is comming uf in the kitchen.Any time you say anything they tellyou to fix it yourself.But the biggest problem is even though your rent may be a few days late once it is payed in full the keep charging late charges on top of the late charges you already have.There are people in here who only get so much a month to live on.This leaves them no chance of getting ahead.It is extortion if you ask me.I have all my reciepts, and a hand writen list of what i suposedly owe.she does not even have all of what i payed listed.There is no way i am giving them one penny more .i know i am more than payed up.PLEASE HELP US> WE LIVE UNDER FEAR OF EVICTION AT ALL TIMES ...MR .K JUST WANTS MMONEY.iF YOU CAME AN LOOKED AT SOME OF THESE APT YOU WOULD SEE.nOT THE ONES THE SET UP FOR YOU TO VIEW THEY MAKE SURE THOSE ARS ALL READTY BEFORE YOU GET HERE .iT IS ONE OF HIS GREATEST TRICKS.ONLY SHOW THE ALL WORKING UNITS.
