How is it I ask for a pack of 20 and for the 2nd pack in a row I notice and count 17? There is no indication or advertisement regarding this change ( I trust you have legally changed your 20 packet to 17 ) and further more this is miss selling of your product and extremely misleading. Not even the shop assistants are aware of this which is even more alarming as you not only conning us the customers but the retail agents as well. You have no issue plastering the effects smoking has on one yet fail to advertise that you have taken a box of 20 and now it is a box of 17.. I'm confident that there is a law suit to be made here as again you misleading and conning the customers and still charging the same amount for a box of 17 as you do a box of 20... I will dig deeper into this as I can see there are a lot of upset customers and rightfully so. You have completely miss sold and mislead the buyers of you product.

You obviously know that this is not an isolated occurrence - the comments make it very clear, and that no one wants to respond to them!
I am gong to purchase, video and then send to Trading Standards and see what happens. Probably nothing as no one wants to be bothered and respond to anyone of the many comments about this?!
