Pack of Sterling Dual where 2 cigarettes where stuck together by the filters, one cigarette had no tobacco just filter and these 2 cigarettes were stuck together counted as one cigarette. Disappointing, especially when they are near enough £9.00 a pack

i have just open a new packet of my regular cigarettes and find that 1 off the cigarettes has no tip on it, its bad enough that there is only 17 in a packet let alone having damaged goods this is disgraceful and i want to know what are you gonna do about it ???

I am truly discussed to count my box of 20 fags and there's only 17 if I'm paying over £7 I expect the full deck of fags this is totally unacceptable I have smoked sterling cigarettes for years and can honestly say I won't be buying them anymore they think it's ok to rob from customers and take amount off box I feel violated what a cheek
