Cigarettes bent and broken
I bought packet of sterling kingsize ( I have smoked this brand for years ) when I opened them, the foil was not in correct, all crumpled and my cigarettes was bent, squashed with a few broken, I'm not happy as they cost too much for a product to be sold in this condition, I would like to know how this matter is going to be solved, thanks in advance.
