I bought a packet of Sterling Dual capsules from Tesco. The packet was sealed and not tampered with but of the six I have smoked, not one has a crushball! The taste like ordinary cigarettes with no menthol whatsoever. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and I would like a replacement packet please. I paid over £13 for them.
