Disgusted to find 18 cigarettes in the 20 packet of Sterling dual I just bought. I thought surely this is a mistake and then examined the packet to see how many it should contain. There is no information on the packet - unlike other brands where there is 19 in a packet it clearly says it. When I buy a 20 pack of cigarettes I do not think I am out of order to expect 20 in the pack. What a con.
