As if its not bad enough you reduced the amount from 20 to 19 and still charged the same money for them but then you reduce it by yet another making it 18 instead of 19 when all the time it should be 20 BUT NOW you've taking yet another one making it 17 but guess what your still charging the same if not a bit more WHY ????? I've smoked your brand ever since you brought them out but I'm seriously considering changing or even better giving up all together that way none of my hard earned money will be going to a company that as far as I can tell just steals from its costumes I don't remember seeing or hearing in the news that packets of 20 cigarettes would be reduced and it definitely doesn't say that there's only 17 in the pack even shop staff aren't aware otherwise surely they would have to tell you because I never hear anyone saying I'll have 17 sterling please it's always 20 sterling please and not once have I heard anyone say oh it's not 20 anymore it's 17 now if that was the case I think your well aware that people would smoke a different brand. I feel you should compensate your customers
