The filter on my pack of cigarettes is defective - there is a star shaped void through the centre of the filter so it is defective and not filtering. I would like the packet to be replaced please

Brought myself a pack of sterling dual only to find there was no click balls in them to turn them to menthol its disgusting. i would like a email back to me [email protected]

I bought a packet of sterling dual and the packet was fine but the contents inside were like no other they were green yellow colour and the taste of them was like no other I would like something to be done about this the cigs were actually dirty in an unopened packet something has to be done about this I would like a email back to let me no what's happened and why they were like that
