I bought a packet of sterling dual cigarettes and upon lighting each cigarette it immediately burns down to about 3/4 as the tobacco was not packed completely to the end of the cigarette. I can send a picture if I'm supplied with an email address as I tried on here and it says file too big sorry

I bought a packet of sterling dual cigarettes and upon lighting each cigarette it immediately burns down to about 3/4 the tobacco has not been filled to the end of the cigarette. I do have 2 photos but file was too large to send if I can have an email address I will send.
