I bought a pack of 19 n its 3x noe the cigarettes has not had the popper in it!!!!! So no happy at all

I bought 40 sterling fresh burst a week ago and I am a very disappointed customer as in both packs the fresh burst button did not work and the filter didn't seem to be attached correctly as the smoke was coming through the filter as a was smoking them. Im very disappointed as these are my favourite brand but I may have to start buying the lambert and butler ones although they are more expensive, I will be getting what I pay for.
