I have managed to get through two packets of sterling fresh from the. Same batch (the shop keeper opened the multipack in front of me) and not one of the cigarettes have had a fresh taste. While there is a ball in them they have not released the mint/fresh taste that I have had before.
I am unsure of where to send a complaint as there is not any contact information on the packet.
I am paying extra for the privilege of being able to choose the fresh taste option with less in the packet.

How do I forward my dissatisfaction to the manufacturer?
