I recently bought a packet of Sterling Fresh Taste x19 from a Sainsburys in Calverton, Nottinghamshire, so far I have smoked 3 cigarettes that have failed to have a menthol ball in, this is now the 5th packet I've had problems with. Can anything be done about this before I switch brands please? Usually these cigarettes are the best of the bunch because of their fresh taste, but I can't smoke something that isn't menthol and with the increase of price and decrease of cigarettes I don't think it's fair to be paying £6.99 for 19 cigarettes when it's now a 50/50 whether they'll all be menthol or not..
