I am sending this email because of Sterling rolling tobacco
30g contents .My husband has bought several pouches
And the contents have loads of tobacco leaf stems and
it's Very dry which is so annoying when trying to make
a cigarette .
My Husband.used to be satisfied with this product
but not impressed because of the stem leaf and dryness
Contents .
Could you explain why the contents have changed
so much.

am very unsatisfied that I have been smoking this tobacco for over 10 years and I brought a pouch yesterday to find that I had about 20 little black soft balls in it, it was a horrible experience and that I think that everyone should no what is in the tobacco so I have sent off the leaves to the lab to find out wot it is as when smoked it smelt and tasted lick plastic I have now got a bad mouth and throat after in haling the tobacco, i would like a full explanation on wot it is and if I don’t get this I will be going to my newspaper about this so called tobacco as we pay over the odds for it and that the product is not meant to have things in it, I’m very ill off it.... I will be telling people about this if it’s not resolved also will be getting in touch with quality control as I gess I won’t be the only one that this has happened to... also it says it’s 30g it’s 20g as I have checked over 10 packets not happy as we are being fooled
