I was charged 49.99 by sterling satelite-which was charged to my credit card-sterling was not authoried by me to do so-it was my belief that dish network was the only ones involved in the service that i was provided---i have no ideal how sterling satelite was involved . i have been on dish network for just six weeks and already my credit card has been billed for a total of 149.94 and have been informed by dish network that another bill for 40.97 is being processed--i had to have my credit card stopped and changed in order to stop this no-stop billing of my credit card.. When i tried on numerios occasions to call these people i found myself talking to customer service people in SOUTH AMERICA who are basically running a front for these--not just sterling satallete but the dish network people are using these very same people in SOUTH AMERICA so everything i have done to correct this problem has accomplished nothing.

I set up cable tv through DISH network on the internet...a 3rd party called Sterling Satellite picked it up. They were tacking on so many fees that I cancelled before the setup date. They are now trying to tell me the 49.99 is non-refundable because I talked on the phone with them...call DISH directly!

I call dish tv to install and couldn't due to site problems, now I have a $49.99 charge from Sterling. I called but have to wait until Monday for an answer. I too, will be sending this to the Attorney Generals office. THIS IS BS
