Dear Manufacturers,

This is now the 2nd time I am attempting you contact you. Could you please explain the following to me; -

1. Why are are cigarettes been reduced in quantity per pack?? The public who are smokers are not as stupid as you would have us believe!!!

2. Where is the quality control on your brand?? I have bought a few packets on various occasions, only the find that the filter breaking off whilst removing it from the box.

Is it bad enough that you try fool YOUR employers (As you would not have jobs, we're it not for your customers)

And thirdly, last but not least.... WHY IS NO ONE REPLYING TO ANY OF THESE COMPLAINTS??

I will have no alternative but to terminate your employment and look elsewhere for a new supplier.
