I recently purchased 100 sterling superkings from my local supermarket the other day to find the packets was sealed in clear wrap and a logo up the side I didn't think much of it at the time until I started smoking them, I have smoked sterling for years and I know for a fact these have been changed the taste was completely different and they weren't as strong, as a consumer and paying £48 each time I don't think it's fair and your consumers have the right to know if you are changing them, especially the prices they are paying now of days, I would like this to please be rectified before other complains come flooding in I asked another family member to try them just incase it was me... but she said them same, I am very picky when it comes to my cigarettes and use to smoke Richmond and these were changed also so I switched to sterling and never had a complaint until now..
Please fix this as soon as possible

I purchased 100 sterling superkings Red from my local supermarket a few days ago I was surprised to see these were sealed differently in a clear wrap and had a logo down the side of the packets, I didn't think much of it at the time, until I started smoking them, the taste was completely different and not as strong as they usually are, I have smoked sterling for years and I know for a fact the company have changed them... I think it's unfair to consumers especially when such people as myself paying £48 each time and linning the pockets of the company and we dont get an explanation, I am asking for this to be rectified.. and in future to notify your consumers in the future this is unfair!
