String in my tobacco

I have purchased sterling tobacco 30g and have found 2 peices of string in my pouch! Both differant types of string and differant in colour! What the hell am I paying for and most Importantly what the hell am I smoking here!!! I have tried uploading a picture but it will not let me. Somebody seriously needs to investigate this!
