I have purchased 2 pouches of Sterling tobacco 30g and in both pouches I have found a lot of blonde long hairs within the bacci this is disgusting and totally inexcusable

I found plastic in my tobacco and it's not the first time I have smelled burning plastic and this is the reason as to why.

i am writing this because i recently bought a pouch of tobacco which comes with rolling papers and more than half of the papers had part of the paper cut off which means ive had to bin them and im wondering what can be done about this as i now have to get more rolling papers.
i have attached an image of the papers to show my problem.
