Tobacco unsmokable

I've been smoking sterling tobacco for many years now. I brought a packet of 50grams. It was awful and you couldn't smoke it and left a really bad after taste in my mouth. Send the product back to them and all there gonna do is replace it and thats it. They've just lost me as a customer.
