It looks like he may be running an upfront free real esate software scam, or helping in it in the Temecula, Chino, Menifee and surrounding ares in Southern CA. Here's the link to his agency. I just stumbled on his listing in Menifee and asked him how to make the offer and see the home. He sent me to a website that charges people for access to home offers and software. These are common rip offs. The software take fees upfront, then the properties are usually already sold, are bank listed and you;'re out your fees. Lots of complaints on this software to help with finding and fixing up investment properties. They have a D- better business bureau report with endless complaints. Upfront fee and recurring fee scam most likely. Sam guy?

Steve Charles Giltner the 3rd as of recently moved to Temecula, Ca from San Antonio, Texas after telling everyone lie after lie to feel sorry for him, and put their trust into helping him. He convinced his neighbors, a young military couple into investing 35 grand into a hybrid business he made up!! He created some piece of crap device in his garage, and told them it was about to be picked up by the auto dealership, and go in all the s.a.p.d vehicles, and going to multiply their money... So they signed a contract, and transfered money into his account..A few months later they find out he is moving in a matter of days to California, and they have seen no money back! The girl renting him his house finds out, and starts talking to the couple the morning he left. It turns out Steve was telling everyone in his life that he owned the home he was living in, when in all actuality he was late every month on renting it. Right after he received the 35 grand from his neighbors he had a huge wedding in NY, and spent a week in the Bahamas for his honey moon( there is no marriage lisence so this is not even legal!!) Gee wonder who's money funded that wedding?? Just awful! So back to when he moved out...The home owner Stephanie shows up to his new mother inlaw cleaning out the garage.Stephanie then informs her that she owns the home not Steve. Amy the poor mother in law was shocked to learn she was lied to. The house is empty, and he had stolen her chandelier, and left a mess. His lease was not up for months, and he never told her he was moving... Steve told his coworkers at orion construction his new wifes parents were murdered in California, and they had to rush there to take care of their young daughter his new wife Dana just got custody of! Total lie!! never happened... This man also left his first wife with 4 children because he was cheating on her with21yr old Dana!! This poor little girl Dana thought they owned the house they were living in, and believes all of his lies, and thinks he has money.When they got to Cali he told Dana his credit cards were not working because its a new state, and she needs to take some out in her name. Since when does changing states effect a credit card?
So a few days after he left" his home" Stephanie the home owner notices he left a Tahoe in the drive way of her empty house...So she makes a report with the police, and it turns out the financial institution he leases it from has been trying to repossess it for 5 months due to no payments! Before he left he told everyone he sold it, and the buyer was coming to pick it up.LIE!!! So it was repossessed later that day. The ex wife comes forward, and says Steve is a master manipulator, and steals all the time from who ever he can including opening payday loans in other peoples names... one man he got for 300, 000 with T1 another company he started got someone to invest in, then collapsed after he took the money!!
This poor ex wife was left with 4 of his children!! In which he has not seen in 1 1/2 years because he didnt take a 4 hour class ordered by the court. What a loser! So Feburary 15th it comes to surface that the new white hummer he got for Dana while still in San Antonio He pretty much stole also! He had a personal contract with an old couple, and their son to pay on it, and they were on the hunt for him because it has not been paid on in 4 months!! They want it back, and cant find him..They were informed he took it to california...We feel so sorry for them! The reason they leased to him was because he said he just got divorced ( lie, he has been divorced for 2 yrs) and he just bought a new home (lie, he was a bad renter) so his credit is bad... These people could not pay for the hummer their self, and trusted him. They are trying to locate the truck now with the help of the police. They have made their payments of almost 600.00 every month for his evil ass to have it!!! It was his gift to dana! Haha!! The couple went to his house when he was still in San Antonio to collect money after receiving a hot check, and noticed their hummer decorated with the "Just married" crap all over it. He had the nerve to tell them they just got back from the court house!!! As this has been looked into more the neighbors noticed the social security number he gave in the contract for the 35 grand was a number off. He is in huge trouble, and new stuff surfaces on him daily. I know this all sounds crazy but its very true. i hope you never come across him!
If you feel you have been a victim of this man, or know where he is contact the police immediately. A lot of people need their money and belongings back. We don't know how he lives with himself.
