To whom it may concern (not that u are).it is now 2016,I applyed in 2013,I have no words to describe the poor service at MIBFA.Like countless other members who are trying to get their money.I have re-applyed just to be told it will take 18 months,what the hell.It is clear that they are either incompetent or it has much to do with fraudulent activities,like every other government instetution,its no surprise.I just need someone with a backbone to tell me what's happenning with my money.
