StonebridgesCollege is, quite frankly, useless.
I contacted their Register for Foot Health Practitioners (An organisation run by Stonebridge with a register) because I had a complaint about one of their members. Nothing was done, I didn't even get an acknowledgement.
They post all this rhetoric about "keeping standards high" etc but when one of their members falls short they just ignore it. Members of the public beware ! If you have a complaint they will do nothing.
I now have to decide how I want to escalate the complaint .

I was put through to the Foot Health Dept and was told that one of the courses came with a free tool kit, but when I asked what was in it I was told “It varies from person to person” ?? I was also told that it would cost me about £2,000 to set up in business but when I made enquiries it seems that to buy an autoclave for instrument sterilisation is £2,000 alone ! The person I spoke to for so keen to get me to sign up he offered me £600 off the advertised cost of the course there and then, talk about high-pressure selling!
After all this I wasn’t impressed and won’t be taking or recommending these courses.

I am really worried I have paid in full for fast track foot care and get no support I am sure I have been ripped off I feel really silly .I run my own Holistic business and shop I was hasty in my decision to apply .I have no idea what to do now to be honest I just want my money back as I have paid for nothing .I will never apply for an online course again .I do intend to report them I think its disgusting the way they treat their customers , I think they are a scam .

I am doing a ta course my tutor is not supporting me she puts my answers as refer me and my friend worked together her tutor passed hers my tutor takes long marking wrk i want to chose my tutor or i am canceling my 24+ loan and going some were else my telephone number is 07837985912

I signed up but couldn't continue with my course due to placement issues so cancelled it, well i thought i had as they continued to take my money (they have made it so you can't delete your bank details online) very shifty, i had to get my bank to stop the payments as they still kept taking them weeks after cancellation!! had to contact them in writing by letter regarding cancellation as they can't accept email? even though they accepted email signatures for taking payments? lots of lost letters and emails not replied too, long drawn out process of having to chase them! even threatened on the phone by the finance team of court action if i didn't pay them £150? for a course i haven't done? sent materials back which cost me more money! really dodgy! prices are made up! told a course was £400 when it was actually £300 and when pulling them up about it they said it was their mistake, rude unhelpful customer service, because course is cancelled after 7 days they wont refund me the £250+ i have already paid - utter scammers! alot of courses aren't nationally recognised by workplaces - its just a piece of paper and that's it! BEWARE!!!

Im enrolled on a Stonebridge childcare course and have just found out its a worthless qualification. Thought I'd investigate further, found this site and guess who my tutor is? Surprise surprise it's Susan Richardson! She must be one busy lady! Check if your course is recognised on the cwdc website. Mine wasn't and they refused to refund me. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Poor support, the first unit of my course was only 8 pages long and a complete joke. Rude and arrogant on the telephone, a proper scam if ever there was one. As others have said, best to look elsewhere.
