Took my money but I received no product

I ordered a pizza from this establishment. I have been trying for almost three months to get my money back for a product that I did not receive. The product was not what I expected it to be, and when I questioned management about the item, the manager was so rude and disrespectful, that I decided I did not want to patronize the establishment and returned the item for my money back. I paid for the item by credit card, and asked if it was needed for the credit. The manager stated no. My total was $10.91 plus a dollar tip, and I explained I wanted the entire amount back, since the receipt did not reflect the dollar. The manager stated that the dollar would not go through, because the transaction had not finalized.

To this day, I have yet to get my money back, and the credit card company, nor the better business bureau seem to be able to assist me. The company never responded to the better business bureau, and the credit card company apparently did not handle the complaint properly.

Please help me get my money back. It is only $11.91, however, it is my $11.91, and no business should be able to take someone's money without providing them with a product nor service.

Contact the owner and corporate office OP.
